Upon arrival, I was met with a bewildering experience. The narrow stairwell up to the room felt like a strenuous hike, with no elevator in sight. The room itself was disappointing — it smelled overwhelmingly of bleach and wasn’t properly cleaned, with long black hairs in the shower. I had to go buy cleaning supplies myself just to feel comfortable! Not to mention the shower drain didn't work properly, which was disgusting. I felt utterly frustrated with the lack of communication. when I brought issues up, I was met with indifference.

the location is amazin! super close to trafalgar and oxford street, easy to walk to everything. got new towels every day which was nice. friendly staff available 24/7 for check-in. the room had a fridge, microwave, and tv, which was pretty cool!
